However if you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products please feel free to return the product(s) In their original form (not used and packaged) and we will send you a refund within 10days of receiving the returned product(s).

- For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings.
- Custom alterations on any product cannot be returned.

- Your refund will be credited back through your original method of payment within 10 working days.
