However if you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products please feel free to return the product(s) In their original form (not used and packaged) and we will send you a refund within 10days of receiving the returned product(s).

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Returned items MUST not be visibly worn, incase of this we will return the item(s) back to the customer.
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings.
- Custom alterations on any product cannot be returned.
- When your return is received by our team we will notify you via email, please make sure you provide us with the correct email address.
- Your refund will be credited back through your original method of payment within 10 working days.
